Compassionate:
I care deeply about the people around me and bring that into my leadership roles; I believe it is a privilege to help people grow and to grow with them.
Curious:
Though curiosity killed the cat, it hasn't gotten me yet- and I'm proud of that, because I think that I make a more curious target than a cat.Â
Persistent:
I rarely accept the first answer to a problem- I either build on it or move laterally until the vision and reality line up.Â
Innovative:
I am quick to see the underlying forces at play and use them to create new things. Creating magic through science and engineering is my biggest passion.
Collaborative:
I am continually in awe at the depth and novelty brought about when more than one person truly care about a project, and I seek to make that happen.
